The Office of the Regional Council works in the field of Regional Development and Regional Physical Planning by order of the member municipalities, co-ordinating all the activities of the Regional Council. The Office of the Regional Council has approximately 20 full-time co-workers and several freelance collaborators. Mr. Esa Halme, Executive Director, leads the work of the Regional Council Office.
